About Us

Kiarn Cook
Kiarn has been a Physiotherapist in various sports settings, including elite rugby league and high-performance combat sports. Kiarn used to compete internationally as an athlete in Judo, and spent many years competing for Australia. Now retired from elite sport, Kiarn has moved on to ultra-endurance events (ultra running / trail running is her thing now!) and greatly enjoys working with runners and endurance athletes to help them train through injury, prevent injury and manage their training. Kiarn has a wealth of personal experience with injuries and particularly enjoys lower limb injuries and post-surgery rehab (such as ACL rehab and knee surgeries). Additionally Kiarn also loves working with his over 65’s clients to help them stay strong, independent and moving into mature age with confidence.
Leo Addendorff

Leo has come across the ditch from New Zealand with a wealth of experience. Having been the Physiotherapist for elite Rugby Union teams in NZ, he really understands contact sports and contact sport injuries. Leo also works closely with powerlifters, weightlifters and BJJ athletes to help them work through their injuries so they can perform at their best. Leo is a guru at lower back and neck pain, and this is an area he particularly enjoys working with. Leo enjoys getting his clients pain-free, back to exercise, back to sport and takes on the challenge of doing all of this whilst still keeping clients engaged in their activities or sport when possible.
